The artist
Khaled Marzougui — MKDesign
Faces, colour, character.
A painter based in Strasbourg, I build a world shaped by encounters, cultures and travel. Interior architecture, which is my profession, guides the way I look at shapes, colours and the place a work of art takes in a space.
My work brings together drawing, painting and experimenting with materials. On canvas or on wood, I explore faces, expressions and contrasts, giving a special place to colour and texture.
Through each piece, I try to convey an emotion and leave viewers free to find their own story in it.
